In the beginning I did not have the best experience, there was downtime, but unbeknown to my knowledge, it was out of their hands, They could do nothing about it. I spent a bunch of time bickering like an idiot at the live support(See below), While they knew they couldn't do a thing about this outage they still stuck around and listened to my belligerent rants. This miscommunication fortunately ended up with me finding out how fantastic of a service dhruvahosting actually offers. I will tell you this service is absolutely outstanding, They are very generous, hardworking, respectable people. They respond to all your problems quick, They access the situation like true professionals, They present themselves in an orderly fashion as well. One aspect of this hosting that really stood out was the live support, I believe his name was Shravan. This guy deserves a medal, He is understanding, Absolutely polite, fast working, and very respectful. To be honest he is the reason I stayed with this service, If it wasn't for him I would not have realized how outstanding of a service dhruva is.
